The MetaTrader5 (MT5) app supports language settings on both iOS and Android, with 23 and 25 languages respectively. In contrast, the MetaTrader4 (MT4) app allows language changes only on iOS. On Android, MT4 uses the device language and doesn't offer an in-app language setting. If you change the device language, it will apply to the app after a restart.
