In 2022, the Company obtained a Securities Dealer License (SD091) issued by the Financial Services Authority Seychelles, under which it operates in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Financial Services Authority Seychelles.

Such a license may only be obtained by a firm that satisfies the requirements below. Hence, possession of this license implies certification that the license holder has met the following requirements as stipulated by the regulation.

Adoption of Segregated Management

The Seychelles Monetary Authority's license mandates the "segregation" of client assets from the company's own assets. At FXON, we will never divert client assets to the company's operating funds or use them for any other purpose.

Capital of at least USD 50,000

A legal entity must be established in the Seychelles in order to obtain a license from the Financial Services Authority Seychelles. Further, the legal entity must have a capital of at least USD 50,000.
