Here we'll look over the steps on how to remove a symbol from the "Quotes" tab on the MetaTrader4 (MT4) / MetaTrader5 (MT5) app for Android and iOS mobile devices. Unlike the MT4/MT5 for PC, which allows you to hide all the symbols at once, for MT4/MT5 mobile apps, you need to specify the symbols you wish to hide.

In the "Quotes" tab, tap the "Edit" icon in the top left corner.

Tap the checkbox of the symbol.
