Following FXON's launch on January 1, 2025, the year marked significant expansion in our service offerings. With gratitude for your support, we reflect on our achievements and outline plans for 2026.

We would like to inform you that trading conditions for certain instruments on FXON will be adjusted in connection with the stock split to be carried out by Softbank, effective December 29, 2025.

We would like to announce that trading hours, deposit and withdrawal processing time, and support desk availability will be partially changed due to the Christmas and New Year holidays. Please refer to the service schedule in this article.

Due to reduced liquidity associated with the Thanksgiving holiday and disruptions at the CME, markets for precious metals (such as XAUUSD and XAUEUR), U.S. indices, and other related instruments have become unstable, and a sudden widening of spreads has been observed in precious metal instruments. Similar conditions may continue to occur over the next several days.

FXON will be performing regular maintenance on November 22, 2025 (UTC) to improve service stability. During the maintenance period, the deposit/withdrawal and fund transfer features in the FXON Portal, as well as some web pages, will be unavailable.

Market conditions for Turkish lira pairs (USDTRY, TRYJPY) have become unstable, with a high likelihood of sharp price fluctuations and significant spread widening.

On Saturday 22, 2025, from 7:05 to approximately 7:17 (GMT) , trading on certain symbols were temporarily interrupted. However, the issue has been resolved, and rate distribution has returned to normal.

On February 19, 2024, from 14:43 to approximately 15:27 (GMT) , trading on certain symbols was temporarily interrupted. However, the issue has been resolved, and rate distribution has returned to normal.

On February 1, 2024, from 14:28 to approximately 15:49 (GMT) , trading on certain symbols was temporarily interrupted. However, the issue has been resolved, and rate distribution has returned to normal.

A liquidity provider unexpectedly performed system maintenance from 11:00 to 15:00 (GMT) on January 25, 2025. Due to this maintenance, the rate distribution for certain crypto instruments on our platform was temporarily suspended. All rates are now operating normally.

We will be performing web service maintenance from 01:00 am to 07:00 am on Monday, January 20, 2025 (GMT). During the maintenance, certain services will be temporarily unavailable.
