Resolution Report on the Rate Distribution Issue of July 31, 2024

Dear Clients,

This is to inform you that we have resolved the issue that prevented trading of certain instruments from 07:10 am (GMT) on Wednesday, July 31, 2024. The problem was resolved at approximately 12:41 pm (GMT) on the same day, and all instruments can now be traded as usual.

Occurrence:
From July 31, 2024 7:10 am (GMT)

Service affected:
Temporary unavailability of trading due to a problem with rate distribution for the following instruments.

NESN
IBXEUR

Restoration Status:
The IBXEUR rate delivery was restored around 08:41 am (GMT), and the NESN rate delivery was restored around 12:41 pm (GMT) on the same day. Trading is now back to normal for both instruments.
