With the recent rise in unauthorized access and account takeovers on the Internet, securing online transactions is now more critical than ever.

To address this growing threat, we have upgraded our unauthorized access detection system to more accurately identify suspicious login activity and require email verification when necessary to safeguard your account.

To keep your transactions safe, we offer the following features designed to prevent unauthorized access.

Security alerts

Our system analyzes your typical login patterns to detect unusual activity, such as:

• Access from a different country or region
• Login attempts from an unfamiliar device or browser

When such activity is detected, a one-time login link will be sent to your registered email address to protect your account.

Login history

You can also review login activity to your account at any time via the Portal.

After logging in to the Portal, click Settings (1) > Account Activities (2) in the top right corner, then go to Login History (3).

If you notice any unfamiliar activity, please contact our support desk.

For added security, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) using your email address or the Google Authenticator app.
