FXON operates a comprehensive FAQ (Help Center) where traders can easily find answers to common questions received by our support desk. We've completely renewed our FAQ page to improve searchability and user experience.
Users can access the FAQ page anytime with just one click from the new icon added on the FXON official website.
Additionally, on the portal site, you can access FAQ page by tapping the menu icon ("≡") next to the FXON logo in the upper left corner, then selecting "FAQ"
The categories have been reorganized into nine main sections based on the types of questions from our customers. All main categories are displayed on the FAQ top page as a list, making it easy for users to find the information they need.
Additionally, while articles were previously displayed directly under main categories, we have now introduced sub-categories to make information easier to find.
As shown in the image below, when you click on a sub-category, related articles are immediately displayed beneath it, resulting in a structure that allows you to more easily access the information you need.
We have expanded the number of FAQ articles to over 300, covering a wide range of questions to provide comprehensive answers.
Users can quickly find specific information, such as "deposit" and "IB" by using the keyword search at the top of the page.
Whether it's a quick trading question or a check on trading conditions, our FAQ page is a valuable tool to help save your precious time.
