We are pleased to announce that on January 20, 2025, FXON officially became a member of The Financial Commission, known as a neutral and independent external dispute resolution forum dedicated specifically to the financial industry.
Please refer to the website of The Financial Commission for the details regarding this membership.
The Financial Commission is the independent external forum dedicated specifically to resolving disputes occurring between financial service providers and FX/CFD traders in a quick and fair manner. It contributes to enhancing fairness and transparency by imposing strict standards on its members.
It provides a process to resolve the transaction-related issues between traders and brokers efficiently and quickly. This approach offers quicker and more flexible solutions compared to legal procedures or complaints to the regulatory authority. Additionally, the traders' rights are safeguarded as the Dispute Resolution Committee (DRC) ensures fair judgement.
It handles all disputes regardless of the transaction amount. For cases involving amounts below $250, a single committee member reviews the dispute, while cases exceeding $250 are evaluated by a panel of three or more members. Appropriate dispute resolution services are tailored to the transaction size, providing fairness for both small-scale traders and large-scale investors.
In cases where the dispute cannot be resolved, it offers a compensation system of up to €20,000, ensuring a peace of mind for traders. In 2023, this forum handled more than 2,100 complaints and compensated traders with a total of over $783,000.
Membership in The Financial Commission clearly demonstrates that the company values a high sense of ethics and responsible business practice regardless of its license or location. This contributes to the establishment of a fair and trustworthy trading environment.
Through membership of The Financial Commission, we aim to provide a secure trading environment for our valued customers, while thriving to achieve higher industry standards. We remain committed to enhancing the safety and fairness of our services, and we sincerely appreciate your continued support.
