Dear Clients,

We are writing to inform you about upcoming maintenance aimed at enhancing user convenience and security through changes to the two-factor authentication system. The details of the maintenance and specification changes are outlined below.

Scheduled maintenance date and time:
December 30, 2024 (Monday) 1:30~07:00(GMT)

Details of Changes:
The previously used SMS authentication will be discontinued, and a new Email authentication system will be implemented.

As a result of this change, new clients will need to use this Email authentication system when opening new accounts. In addition, existing clients currently using the SMS authentication will be automatically transitioned to the Email authentication after the maintenance.

Affected services:
During the maintenance period, access to the Client Portal will be temporarily unavailable. Once the maintenance is complete, the portal will resume normal operation, and Email Authentication will be activated.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding as we work to improve our systems. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer support.

Thank you for your continued support.
