Dear Customers,

Due to the impact of a large typhoon approaching Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) has decided to close for the entire day today. Consequently, the rate feed for HSIHKD and Hong Kong stocks will be suspended for the entire day. It is expected that the rate feed for these stocks will resume from 01:15 (GMT) on Monday, September 9, 2024.

*All times are provided in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) throughout this document.*

Occurrence:
From 10:35 on September 5, 2024

Rate Feed Resumption Schedule:
From 01:15 on September 9, 2024

Service affected:
The rate feed for the following items has been suspended, and trading is currently unavailable:

  • HSIHKD
  • Xiaomi
  • Tencent
  • JDCom
  • AIA
  • HSBC
  • Lenovo

Restoration Status:
The rate feed for HSIHKD and Hong Kong stocks was initially planned to be suspended from 01:15 to 04:00 on Friday, September 6. However, trading will also continue to be suspended from 05:00 to 08:30 , and from 9:15 to 18:00. Trading is expected to resume from 01:15 on Monday, September 9, 2024.
