FXON's user and asset information such as trading data is designed based on advanced security rules and operated under a comprehensive management system. The collection and storage of personal data, where user information is consolidated, are managed under an ISMS (ISO27001) compliant system. eKYC enables fast account openings through online identity verification. For anti-impersonation measures in the client portal, login pattern analysis using fingerprinting is conducted, and two-factor authentication prevents suspicious access.
Swift identity verification with eKYC supporting proof of address
FXON has jointly developed its own eKYC system with eKYC developers over more than 3 years, specifically focused on eliminating inconveniences in the eKYC process. The distinctive feature of FXON's eKYC is its browser-based system designed to minimize user stress, capable of executing a consistent authentication process from photo ID verification and ID selfie capture to various proof of address documents. FXON's eKYC system is compliant with European eIDAS regulations and strict personal information handling regulations defined in GDPR(*1).
At FXON, we have introduced AI into this verification process and conduct daily business flow improvements and AI learning to complete all authentication processes quickly and enable swift real account opening procedures.

Anti-spoofing measures at crypto wallet level
FXON's Client Portal was designed with reference to cryptocurrency hot wallet security standards. Two-factor authentication supports login passwords, password authentication code emails, and authentication apps (Google Authenticator), automatically switching to one-time URL authentication when unauthorized login is detected.
Additionally, we have implemented the increasingly popular passkey system for important operations such as withdrawals and fund transfers above certain amounts, strengthening security for asset movement.
At FXON, we are working to eliminate human involvement in the withdrawal process. With customer funds being the most important aspect requiring transparency, we aim for fund operations that are simple and stress-free for both our company and users by streamlining all services.
Strict guidelines for personal information management
FXON has established strict standards for handling personal information and is working to prevent information leaks. All information items collected from customers during registration are disclosed in advance on the website and collected with consent. Image information such as identification documents obtained through eKYC is encrypted and stored in layers that can only be accessed by administrators with sufficient security clearance, and is disposed of after a certain storage period has elapsed.
For both individual and corporate registration data, we have established specific handling standards, ensuring highly confidential storage and prohibiting information use outside our company.
