■Deposit via Japan local bank wire transfer
Make a deposit from your Japanese bank account. The funds will be received in our designated Japanese bank account within one business day and will appear in your FXON wallet once we confirm the deposit. In most cases, only your bank’s deposit fee applies (e.g. 300 JPY), making this a popular option for users in Japan.
■Withdrawal via Japan local bank wire transfer
Once your withdrawal request is confirmed, we instruct our partner to process the transfer. Funds are sent from our designated Japanese bank account and typically reach your bank account within one business day. We cover the transfer fees, making this a well-balanced option for both cost and speed.
■Deposit via international bank wire transfer
You can send funds internationally from your bank account. The transfer will be routed through intermediary banks before reaching our account. Once confirmed, the funds will appear in your FXON wallet. Typical fees include a bank transfer fee and an intermediary bank fee, each around 20 USD. Processing usually takes 2 to 5 business days. This method is popular among users making large deposits or transferring funds in USD.
■Withdrawal via international bank wire transfer
Once confirming your withdrawal request, we send the funds from our bank account. The transfer is routed through an intermediary bank and typically arrives in your bank account within 5 to 10 business days. Fees may include a transfer fee (34 USD), intermediary bank fee (around 20 USD), and receiver bank fee (around 15 USD). You can withdraw up to one million USD using this method.
■Deposit in Bitcoin
Send BTC from your wallet to the address designated by us. Transfers over the Bitcoin network are typically completed instantly or within 60 minutes. Once we confirm receipt, the funds will appear in your FXON wallet. This option is available 24/7 and may incur network fees (e.g. 5 USD) or other charges. It's a strong choice for those who prefer not to rely on traditional financial systems.
■Withdrawal in Bitcoin
Once your withdrawal request is confirmed, we will send BTC from our designated address. Transfers typically reach your address instantly or within 60 minutes. This method is available even on weekends and holidays, with applicable charges such as network fees (e.g. 5 USD). As Bitcoin is actively traded on major exchanges, it can be easily converted into USD, JPY, or other currencies.
■Deposit in Tether
Send USDT from your wallet to the address designated by us. Transfers over the blockchain are typically completed instantly or within 60 minutes. Once we confirm receipt, the funds will appear in your FXON wallet. Subject to charges such as network fees (e.g. 2 USD), this option combines the convenience of cryptocurrencies with the value stability of fiat currencies.
■Withdrawal in Tether
Once your withdrawal request is confirmed, we will send USDT from our designated address. The funds typically reach your address instantly or within 60 minutes. With charges such as network fees (e.g. 2 USD), this option offers fast, 24/7 transactions.
■Deposit via STICPAY
Send funds from your STICPAY account to ours. Once confirmed, the amount will appear in your FXON wallet. Transfers between STICPAY accounts are instant and free of charge, enabling quick deposits and withdrawals. This method supports large deposits of up to one million USD and accepts USD, JPY, and EUR, offering excellent flexibility.
■Withdrawal via STICPAY
Once your withdrawal request is confirmed, funds will be transferred instantly from our STICPAY account to yours, with no cost to you. Funds received in your STICPAY account can be withdrawn via credit card, local bank transfer, or international wire transfer. The same methods are available for funding as well.
Flexible wallet system for efficient currency allocation
FXON's currency wallets support USD, JPY, and EUR, allowing you to manage funds strategically by currency.
When making deposits, you can select a wallet based on your preferred currency and payment method. Funds held in these wallets can be transferred to your trading account by specifying the desired amount. Currency-based management helps streamline asset allocation across multiple trading accounts and maintain separate balances for each currency.
Transfers between wallets are also supported, providing an effective way to mitigate currency risk. For example, you can move part of your USD wallet balance to a EUR or JPY wallet, or to a EUR or JPY-based trading account to strategically diversify your portfolio.
Transfers between currency wallets are completed within the Client Portal, without involving any third-party services. Our Standard account exchange rates apply, and there are no fees. With minimal cost and effort, you can choose the optimal margin currency or balance your currency portfolio.
Partner wallet integration
Alongside USD, EUR, and JPY wallets, a Partner Wallet is also available in the Client Portal.
This dedicated wallet is used to collect referral commissions earned through promotional activities. At FXON, all users are automatically enrolled in the partnership program upon opening a real account, which means any user with valid accounts can start referring others and earning commissions.
Commissions received in the Partner Wallet can be transferred to your currency wallets at any time, so you can add them to your trading funds or withdraw them just like regular deposited funds.

The exchange rate used by FXON is based on the rates applied to Standard Accounts. When transferring funds between different currencies on the FXON Portal, this exchange rate (Standard Account rates) will be applied as the basis and converted.

At FXON, no deposit fees are charged for deposits that meet or exceed the minimum amount, regardless of the deposit method.
However, any transfer fees incurred during Japan local bank wire transfers or international bank wire transfers, as well as network or transaction fees for cryptocurrency and STICPAY deposits, are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that deposits below the minimum amount will incur a fee, so we recommend depositing at least the minimum required amount.
