Here we'll look over the steps on how to check your action logs and attach the log file to an email on MetaTrader4 (MT4) / MetaTrader5 (MT5) app for Android and iOS mobile devices. Here you can check all of your actions on MT4/MT5 including boot, server connection, data transmission, details of each order, and more. If an error occurs, you may be able to check your logs to find the cause. Furthermore, when you ask your broker to look into your trades, you may be asked to submit your logs.
Tap "Settings" on the bottom navigation bar.
Tap "Journal".
Tap the arrows at the bottom to switch the date.
To email a log file, tap the icon in the top right corner.
In the app selection popup, choose the app you want to use to send the log file.
For example, if Mail is selected, an email will be sent with the log file attached.
Tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
Tap "Journal".
Tap the calendar icon in the top right corner.
Select the date of the log you wish to view or send.
To email a log file, tap the mail icon in the top right corner.
Create an email message with 20 characters or more, then tap the mail icon in the top right corner.
